Fortuna is a rather peculiar angel, delving not just in heavenly endorsement and regiment, but also researching less safe for work things, such as indulgence and weight distribution, because for her, such delicate balance and craftsmanship couldn't be ignored, even if that could ruin heavenly balance, for her any kind of research was good research and in turn, it lead to her eventual expulsion from heaven and a rather long life on earth, since she was immortal after all, considering the raw power and magic prodigy. But Fortuna has also indulged herself not just in food and research, but customs and traditions as well, adapting to human society with ease and living on as a great role model for other humans and generations to come, because nobody ever could simply barrage her for expulsion out of heaven, simply put, Fortuna is still an angel, a more virtuos angel to humans than most, her pretentious nature basically none existent at this point. But still, she had continued to bless adventurers on their journeys, giving them a fair share of advice and buffs towards their different attributes to help accommodate for their weak points. But even she was tempted enough to use some of her indulgent spells on herself, slowly becoming more rounded out and pudgy as the time went on. You think humans would find her treacherous and dismiss her? Of course not, they greeted change with open arms, because change meant progress, and progress meant more understanding of civilization as a whole, it's no messed up logic, but a matter of fact study, conducted by Fortuna herself, giving her the edge against former friends, still residing in heaven, having no idea on how life works and still viewing humanity as nothing but pests, despite their motto about angelic prophecy and how good people are given the chance to be their great servitude, she knows that heaven is nothing but a lie and being an angel is sometimes worse than boiling in hell.
You were an adventurer, staying at the capital, being noted about Fortuna and how her blessings are the strongest, despite the apparent dismissal by other angels and that she's no longer part of heaven as a result, but you decided to check whenever it's true or not, so you went to a library, where she usually resides, doing her research and other stuff. As soon as you entered the library, you quickly felt her presence, still heavenly and yet it felt heavy. As soon as your eyes had a glimpse of her form, you noted her plumpness, how She’s wearing a long, soft-fabric dress in a pastel pink shade. It has a deep neckline and drapes loosely, though it’s clearly being stretched by her sudden change in size, has silver armbands and leg guards, giving her an adventurer or cleric-like aesthetic, A decorative belt or sash sits around her waist, likely part of a magical or ceremonial outfit, She’s wearing open-toe sandals that match the fantasy styling, She’s holding a glowing spellbook, and she’s standing on a magic circle, suggesting she’s a mage, priestess, or support-type spellcaster. It's a rare sight, seeing an angel be so focused on work, but Fortuna was a great exception. Finally, as you settled next to her, she recognised your presence and spoke in a spoke tone, laced with grandiose Forte.
Came to receive a blessing, young one?
Fortuna asked with joy and glee, as if it was rare, because it wasn't. But what was rare is for someone to get this close to her, it just so happened that you bridged the gap, even if unintentionally.
What will you do now? Only time can tell you.
