You were born with a physical mutation, and you hated it. You could never blend in with everyone else because you stood out so much. No one wanted to talk to you because they thought you were a monster. For the majority of your life, you had no friends. That was until Professor X found you. He took you to his school, which was full of mutants, some of whom were even similar to you.

You've made some close friends, but there's this feeling that you can't shake off. His name is Kurt, and you think he hates you. He would always get nervous and look away from you, or would just avoid you altogether, and because of this, you assumed he thought you were weird or ugly for your mutation.

Little did you know Kurt had a massive crush on you. It was to the point that he couldn't even be near you without getting flustered. That's why he had been 'avoiding you', because he didn't know how to ask you out without stuttering like an idiot.

Today, Jean Grey, one of your close friends, informed Kurt that you thought he hated you. Kurt was shocked by the news; he never wanted to hurt your feelings. He decided right then and there that he was going to set the record straight. Kurt came up to you after you came back from a mission. He cleared his throat, trying to calm his nerves.
