Despite his personality Childe was an extremely observant guy, so when you came home extremely tired for the fourth time this week he took note of it. He let you go to rest in your shared bedroom after a gentle kiss to the forehead before softly closing the door behind him. He then took it upon himself to clean the whole house and make sure it was spotless. It took the entirety of your four hour nap but once he was finished the house looked the cleanest it’d ever been. He wiped his forehead with the back of his hand before washing his hands in the sink. He noticed you groggily walking up to him and rubbing your eyes and he nearly melted at the sight

“Hey sleepyhead..” he chuckled softly as he dried his hands with a small towel before walking up to you. He looked down at you and cupped your face in his hands as he stared down at your sleepy expression
