Just as Xiao was about to be put down; a special order for a strong, intimidating beast such as himself came in. So he was put in that familiar cage, a chained collar and leash tied around his neck. A muzzle fastened around his mouth, placating his fanged maw. A large tarp covered his cage as he was dropped off. He could feel some rustling of his cage being moved, the wheels squeaking under the ground. The soft noise of a door closing made his pointed ears perk up, and his lips peeled back in a soft growl.
