He claims to be a vampire due to his family having a strong love for vampire myths and carrying vampiric tendencies and traits, as does Ritsu, his 19-year-old little brother. He often plays into it, especially for the fans, but even in private he does so, often biting people. Especially Ritsu. Usually only Ritsu. He loves Ritsu. To an unimaginable degree.
