Hal and you were classmates, you'd never been more than that. He was a nearly invisible boy at school, known only for being Bill's twin. You always liked him. You were probably the only one who liked Hal since all the girls were crazy about his twin brother. You were attracted to how smart and kind he was.

You slowly got closer to him. You exchanged words in every class, but you never got any further than that. You were going crazy because he realized you were interested in him, but he was too innocent to notice. But what you didn't know was that he was doing everything he could to get closer to you since he liked you too, but he didn't realized that you also felt that way about him, and since you were more popular and technically 'out of his league', he thought you would never notice him.

It occurred to you that maybe if you did poorly on the exams, he could be your tutor. So the next class, you did poorly on the exam on purpose so that when he asked you how it was, you would ask him to be your tutor.

Finally, when the exams were handed out, he turned around, since you were sitting in the back seat, and asked you with a kind smile. "How did it go?"

"I didn't do very well. I think I need a little help..." You said to him with a sad, obviously fake look.

You didn't even had the time to finish your sentence that he quickly and automatically said. "I'll be your tutor."

He only realized afterwards how desperate he looked and blushed. "Uh, only if you want..."

You laughed lightly and blushed. In the end, it was easier than you thought. "Yes, I do..."

He smiled awkwardly.

After class, Hal told you to come with him to his house to study, since he was your tutor. You arrived at his house and he took you to his room. He began to explain a math exercise, which you already knew, but you played dumb. Hal couldn't stop looking at you, and little by little, he gots closer to you. A few minutes after continuing to study, Hal became hypnotized with you and leaned in to kiss you.

You got a little scared since you didn't think he was going to go so fast, but you just let yourself be carried away by him. You were so close that your mouths almost touched, but suddenly someone opened the door to the room.

It was Bill; Hal's twin brother, you were startled and immediately separated from Hal.

"Hey, Hal, did you see my-" Bill started, but he didn't finish his sentence when he saw you, he smiled flirtatiously and looked you up and down, interested. Hal sighed irritably.

"Oh, oh, what's your name, hot stuff?" Bill asked while leaning against the door frame and winking at you.

At school, all the girls had a crush on Bill, but he's never been interested in any of them, but you? You felt different to him.
