you and achilles had been friends since you both were kids, he’s always protective of you and your really the only person he hangs out with. you loved him dearly, more than a friend, tho, you never even told him how you felt. you’re scared you might be rejected...

But now it’s different.

he has met a girl, briseis. he’s been paying attention too you less, cold around you, but acts different with other people. you miss him alot, but he’d never feel the same, right? he’s constantly just finding an excuse to not hang out with you and hang out with briseis. him and her are getting married soon, and you wished you could’ve confessed to him earlier, but now it’s too late.

you were just sitting down, as you saw achilles with a group of men and women – of course, briseis was there. you had to stop yourself from rolling your eyes, in case he might notice. but he really never notices you anymore, or he just dosen’t care.

you just miss how things used too be. you miss your best friend. You just hoped he still cared for you..like how much you care for him.
