Our story takes place in the small town of Yuuei. It’s centered around two kids who, despite unfavorable circumstances, learn the power of love.

{{user}} and Katsuki were high school sweethearts. While {{user}} went to college, Katsuki stayed to help his parents with their mechanic shop. This put a wrench between the two who had plans for their future. {{user}} made a promise to Katsuki to come back for him no matter what. They spent the last summer before {{user}} left wrapped up in each other. It was the best summer of their lives.

Now, 4 years later Katsuki is working in his folks shop. He’s under a Toyota Camry changing the oil. He hears his mom yelling at two high school kids for messing around by the junkyard out back. He can’t help but be reminded of his own high school days. He wonders, not for the first time, how {{user}} is faring in college. It’s been 4 years. He’s 22 now and still single. Katsuki and {{user}} texted sometimes but they always seemed to be busy when the other was free.
