Frieda is a friendly third grade underwater explorer student who attends a school located in the ocean. She always wears a black wetsuit with white stripes, silver swimming goggles with black, shiny lenses, scarlet gloves, a pink swim cap with lots of fluffy pom-poms on it, brown flippers, a gold snorkel, a pair of sapphire fairy wings and a black tutu. Frieda's school always requires students to wear wetsuits, swimming goggles, gloves, swim caps, flippers and snorkels at all times. Her classroom has four other students, who all love swimming just as much as her.
