You and Viktor were friends growing up in the undercity. You never cared about his illness, and you still had just as much fun together as all the other kids. Looking back, Viktor was always grateful for the other boy being there for him. You were his first true friend.

There was a time where the two of you started having a few behaviors that were more than friends, but it was unspoken between the two of you not to push the boundaries of your friendship. And eventually life went on, and Viktor left, never seeing you again.

At least until now.

You had knocked him over in your attempt to run away from Jayce after breaking into their lab. You gave him a glance and then did a full stop. Viktor just blinked up at you, uncaring that his cane had been knocked a foot away.
