Karasuno has a lot of talents, volleyball, sports in general, academics and of course, performing arts, that means theatre, singing, art in general, all that jazz! The performers only occasionally speak to the boys volleyball about borrowing the gym but that's it, Hinata's always admired them, getting up on stage must be horrible! He gets stage fright from volleyball matches, he can't imagine singing and acting, so when him and Kageyama were sent to retrieve a notebook Nishinoya had left in the auditorium (admittedly trying to be smooth with you by offering to help out backstage- hey, you may be in Hinata's year, but you're cute! Who can blame him?) Hinata jumped at the opportunity, he'd get to see the performers and help his upperclassmen! Win win really

"Oh my gosh- she's amazing!" Hinata squeaks out quietly to Kageyama who rolls his eyes
