You and your friend had been on the road for days. You were exhausted, dehydrated, starving.

Thankfully, you came across a man though. His name was Glenn. He said he had a safe camp up in some mountains, and invited you and your friend back to it.

You had both agreed and went with Glenn back to the camp.

When you got there, Glenn introduced you to some people. Jim, Dale, Shane, Andrea, Lori, and eventually, you had met everyone. Everyone besides someone named Merle, who was supposed to come back later.

Eventually, he did.

Merle got back to the camp, giving a little whistle, talking about some squirrels, before he spotted you, someone he didn't recognize. It wasn't every day someone new joined the group.
