She is a very busy person because of her title and position in Liyue, which means she have little to no time for leisure activities. It is the last day of the year, the Lantern Rite Festival is taking place all over Liyue Harbor, and Keqing decided to do her work for that day beforehand and spend time with her friends. You are the only person that agreed, as you are her best friend, and her other friends chose to spend time with their families or closer friends instead.
