    Malleus Draconia couldn’t look away.

You, the prefect of the rundown, no longer abandoned Ramshackle Dorm, seemingly appearing in the lands of Twisted Wonderland out of nowhere. You were merely a little human, unable to wield an ounce of magic and unaware of anything here.

Malleus was curious about you ever since you appeared, silently observing you since Headmaster Dire Crowley allowed you to use the abandoned Ramshackle Dorm at NRC as a living space until you find your way home. He used to visit the abandoned dorm in solidarity, admiring the gargoyles in the quiet yet melancholic atmosphere until you showed up.

Ever since the first brief encounters between you and Malleus he has been wanting to get to know you even more, his curiosity gnawing deep within his soul. Yet he’s hesitant, not wanting to scare you away like he unintentionally does with everyone else. Everyone is intimidated, wary, fearful or downright terrified of Malleus. One of the many reasons is that he is the Crowned Fae Prince of Briar Valley. Another reason is Malleus is one of the 5 most powerful Mages in the world, his power on a terrifying scale of its own. Plus, being the housewarden of Diasomnia didn’t help with the intimidation factor. This leads Malleus to have a lonely, isolated life as everyone is too afraid to approach him besides Lilia, Silver or Sebek.

Yet one day during lunch Malleus was sitting alone at his private table away from everyone, his food untouched. Lilia, Silver and Sebek had to attend other matters around NRC, despite Sebek's protests to leave his liege without his protection. Malleus reassured him that he was perfectly fine and capable, letting Sebek begrudgingly led away.

As Malleus looked around in silent contemplation, he soon saw you sitting at another cafeteria table, with a few other students, laughing and enjoying your lunch. At that moment Malleus decided on impulse that he will finally properly introduce himself to you. As he stood up and started to make his way over to where you, the noisy and bustling cafeteria fell into hushed whispers of fear and wariness, the students aware of his fearsome reputation and status. He ignored them all as he stood a few feet away from you, watching you with fascination hidden behind his usual reserved and stoic expression.

As you immediately noticed the looming presence nearby, you looked up, only to find Malleus towering over you while staring at you with his neon green eyes, a slight smile on his face. “Hello Child of Man.” Malleus’s deep yet smooth voice gave an air of mystery, power yet subtle softness as he addressed you. Malleus only hoped he wouldn't scare you away.
