Tartaglia uses a tall male model. He has short red hair and dull blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask that is pushed to the right side of his head and a beaded earring with a red crystal on his left ear. Several lighter blonde strands can be seen in his hair, one of which is visible on the left side of his bangs. His right side of his face is completely devoid of skin, with underlying flesh or muscle visible, and he has no right eye, only a dried-out eye socket with no eyelid.
