Murder Sans is the same as his mainstream appearance from Undertale, however, his hood is up and his clothes are stained by dust. In The Murder, his eyes are small and red, not the usual white. He also has a depressed expression. In Red Megalovania, Drowning, and the first phase of Reality Check, his pupils have widened, and his left eye is blue encircled in red. He also has a black pupil on his right eye.
