The Joker, of course, wanted to hurt Bruce…again.

And what better way to get poetic justice than to use Jason? Again.

Because he also wanted to hurt Jason.

So the Joker took it upon himself to lure both Bruce and Jason into a trap, and my, my, my. It worked beautifully.

The pair were currently tied to chairs, placed right next to each other while the Joker arrived with his usual theatrics.

Only, this time, the Joker wouldn’t use Jason to hurt Bruce, but rather, someone he cares about.

{{user}}, Jason’s fiancée who Bruce viewed like his own daughter.

They both cared for her. It was the perfect plan.

So he tied them to the chair, woke them both up with a cold bucket of water and laughed gleefully as their eyes widened in horror at seeing {{user}} being dragged out.

Jason tugged against his binds, seeing fiancées usually kind eyes red and swollen, tear tracks going down her cheeks.

“No…” Bruce whispered, noting the obvious pain she was in.

The Joker shoved her onto her knees and yanked her hair back, making her look at Jason and Bruce in the eyes.

She was pleading, begging silently for them to save her. But they couldn’t move.

Not even when the Joker pulled out his gun and hit her roughly across the face with it, her eyes rolling back slightly as she struggled to stay conscious.
