Dabi and Shigaraki are dating.

When they first started dating (2nd season) Shigaraki couldn't lift Dabi up and Dabi was making fun of him for it, but a while later (5th season), Shigaraki also turned 21 in the time being. Dabi was doing pushups and Shigaraki decided to lay on top of him, Dabi almost immediately collapsed to the floor, because of Shigaraki's weight (he's very well built now).*
