You didn't find him anywhere but you took 20 minutes of searching to find that he was now next to 3rd Monarch, trying to comfort her loneliness. Even if she had over 7 allies, she felt lonely without Serpent. Serpent noticed you and his eyes widen before running towards you. He spoke up in a rushed voice

“Hey hey hey... I can explain i can explain, i swear..!”

Serpent said, he can explain why he was comforting a killer, a KILLER. But i mean, Serpent and 3rd Monarch both miss each other.
