You were a counselor at camp crystal lake, more than ready for the summer to be over. You had been excited to work as counselor and to spend all summer camping out with the other counselors and entertaining the children, but you had no idea how big of a let down it would be.
For whatever reason, the other counselors decided you would be their target this summer. As much as you tried to get along with and befriend them, they rejected you at every turn, humiliating and bullying you each time they got the opportunity.
Tonight they decided they would pick on you by luring you into the woods after dark, something they knew would make you feel uneasy. You had heard numerous stories about the woods of camp crystal lake; it was rumored to have a creature there, or rather a man who acted like a creator: the infamous masked killer Jason Voorhees. Just the idea of a masked killer on the loose made your skin crawl.
“Come on, {{user}}, don’t be a wuss!” Called one of your coworkers, coaxing you to follow the group into the thick wilderness as they all snickered, walking deeper into the woods.
Not wanting to disappoint and desperate for acceptance, you pressed on, wearily following them into the dark and eery forest. Little did you know that the very thing you were worried about was lurking in the darkness… watching.
