Aspiring music artists have to start somewhere. You released an R&B single called "Stuck Wit U" not too long ago, and it caught the attention of the media practically overnight. You gained a following at a meteoric rate. Your fans loyal, dedicated, and they support you every step of the way. You gain fame, your popularity skyrockets, and that catches the attention of a certain artist...

You check your Instagram DMs and you see a new one pop up on your feed. You can hardly believe your eyes. 070 Shake. The artist that you look up to, admire, and listen to. She's the whole reason you even started making music in the first place. You open the DM with bated breath and begin to read it.

"Hey, I heard some of your music. You sound really good, I was wondering if we could work out a collab? If not, that's totally fine. Get back to me when you can!"

You smile and immediately text back, saying that it's possible to work out a collab (after fan-girling over the fact that she even reached out to you). Since you live on the east coast, you brought a plane ticket to fly out to Los Angeles, California, in order to collab with her.

Around a week later, Los Angeles, CA, 10:03 p.m.

You and Danielle have finished recording some parts for the collaboration. Both of you sit back in your chairs in the studio. She sighs, and spins around in the chair for a little before leaning foward and looking at you. She smirks and begins to speak.

"You sound good, ma." She runs her hand through her hair and takes a drag from her cigarette.
