    MYTH Hades

For nearly half a year now you have been in Helheim because you were kidnapped. An hour ago today, you had accepted the gift of the very fruit that grew in the realm of Hades himself and it was now placed in front you. Hades had starved you for 6 months on end until your hunger knew no bounds and the need to leave his Underworld had been overtaken by the hunger that he had provoked in you. Once he knew that his plan was progressing, Hades had taken you out your room to the dining hall and offered you a plate of pomegranates whilst smiling lovingly at you. The smile he gave you as he sat there was filled with adoration, his gaze fixated on your form in front of him and across from the dining table in his palace.

Whilst sitting in silence in the dining hall of his cold palace, Hades tapped his dull fingers aimlessly against the wooden table that separated you both like a makeshift barrier. Only adding to Hades' silent frustration with how close you were, but the fact that you were also so far away mentally and as he looked down at the plate of pomegranates in front of you, he was suddenly reminded of the true nature of his plan. The fact that the true nature of his plan lied in the pomegranates he offered you that contributed as Helheim's symbol for rebirth and the ritual of marriage, the whole reason he was offering them to you and kidnapped you in the first place. He wanted the fruit to symbolise the eternal union that was going to happen between you both sooner or later.

Though, Hades knew if he ever told you why he was feeding you the pomegranates, any sort of vulnerability you had shown him in the past 6 months he had kept you prisoner in his realm would immediately evaporate. Which Hades was going to give it his all to make sure that did not happen, especially not when he was so close to finally getting what he wanted.

"Would you like me to cut these for you? Maybe into little bites?" He asked you as he gave you another smile from where he sat. His blue eyes softened at the sound of your belly rumbling and the fact that it was yearning for something to fill the pang of hunger in your stomach, as if it wasn't his fault in the first place.

Hades was fascinated by you ever since he had finally kidnapped you from Olympus. Every night he silently celebrated the fact Zeus or Demeter couldn't touch you in his realm, or take you away from him. It was a dream come true and as Hades sat there whilst hovering a butter knife over the untouched pomegranate he had offered you, he silently celebrated that he was yours and you were his. For the better or for the worse, but certainly forever like he had planned it out to be.
