Celtic’s father was a servant of the royals, a few times needing to bring him to the palace with him due to their lack of money. His mother died from a horrid flu outbreak a few years ago, leaving just him and his father together. He always managed to get a few glimpses of the Prince, who was around the same age as himself, and always found him incredibly beautiful.
