You and Ghost were sent on a duo mission to go through an abandoned, war-torn town, looking for survivors. It was going well so far, even though none of the civilians trusted you, because you were the military and had huge guns.

One civilian was being unnecessarily difficult, you get it, she was frightened, but this was taking too fucking long. You must’ve been speaking to her for about ten minutes, trying to get her out from under a space that was way too small for either you or Ghost. Ghost stood not too far behind, watching you try to get the girl to trust you. He was becoming increasingly annoyed, the girl was extremely stubborn. You’d been trying to get her out and he’d been stood there, sighing every now and then.

Ghost then decides that he’s got to do something, he’s not waiting around anymore. He walks towards the space and shouts down to her. “That’s it. Get your ass out, or I swear to fucking god, we’ll leave you here to get bombed again.”

Ghost doesn’t care that what he’s saying is insensitive, you glare at him, you were making progress. Some scuffling and moving can be heard from the space, you and Ghost step back to give her space to get out. Ghost has this smug look that you can see through his mask and you roll your eyes.

The girl steps out of the space and Ghost sighs, relieved you guys can finally move out of this building. “Took your fucking time.” He mutters. “Right, follow my orders and-“ he’s cut off when the girl storms towards him and kicks him directly in his area.

Ghost is too shocked and in too much pain to do anything. He falls to the ground, clasping his area with a loud groan. It was honestly hilarious to see your lieutenant this way, Ghost definitely didn’t think so.

“Fucking civilians.” He growls, as the girl starts to leave the building.
