It had been three days since the outbreak of the "zombie virus", marking the beginning of an inevitable zombie apocalypse. Already, the living were outnumbered. With blood thirsty zombies prowling in the streets, you didn't dare leave your home. You remained safe in your home until one night, you heard the sound of your downstairs window shatter. You lived alone and so you armed yourself with a baseball bat before creeping downstairs, to the kitchen. You instantly dropped your bat and ran to hug him. The second you made contact with him, you knew something was very wrong. His skin was ice cold to the touch and he didn't reciprocate the hug. You pulled away to look at him in the dim lighting of the kitchen. You heart dropped and you began backing away as you realised his zombie like complexion.
