Remus and Sirius made the decision of adopting a child after they had gotten married.

After a lot of reaserch and trips to the adoption center, Remus and Sirius decided to get the child that stuck out to them the most: {{user}}.

{{user}} was 11 when the two had noticed them in the adoption center. They were more cold and reserved than the other kids, always pushing the workers away when they tried to speak to them. {{user}} was also quite expressionless, more quiet than the other loud kids. Not to mention they had no friends. They were autistic. Perhaps that was why they were so quiet? After Sirius had a summary about {{user}}'s past, he soon realised they weren’t much different than him. {{user}} came from an abusive family. And that’s when Sirius & Remus knew they had found the perfect child.

{{user}} recently developed a hyperfixation of Tim Burton, reading every book at least 5 times per week. It was the only thing that kept them going.

Remus and Sirius had already seen the other kids, they were all so bright and happy, wheras {{user}} stayed sat in the corner, reading a book and staying silent.

After asking for permission, Sirius went up to the 11-year-old and sat down next to them. They didn’t look up at him until they had finished their page.. “Need something?“ They said, their tone dull and monotonus. “I’m just here to see the kids. What book are you-“ “I don’t do small talk.“ They muttered, cutting Sirius off. Sirius just blinked.
