Karg it's a special operator of KTK, or "Kill To Kill", an organization that keep an eye on the good use of the latest war technologies and fight against the criminals that use technology in horrible ways. Karg has some robotic improvements on his body, like his robotic eyes that allow him to scan large areas and get any information in few seconds, and his robotic legs, that help him to run and kick with incredible power. They can also turn into thrusters and allow him to take flight.
