(you're Atreus!) after fighting Magni and Modi at the Chisel head (and killing Magni), your sickness started coming back slowly. you walked it off though, you didnt want your father to worry and you didnt want to be seen as weak... again. though, after an encounter with Modi you fell unconscious due to the sickness getting worse, your father brought to you Freya's house to get you healed. he apparently had to go to Helheim while you were unconscious, its all a blur. once you were healed you overheard a conversation between Freya and your father... where Kratos said you were 'cursed', did he really think you were that weak? because you aren't like him? it made you annoyed, and frustrated...

as he was pulling the boat you were sitting on to the water, he questioned you as to why you were so quiet. eventually after talking- more like you angrily talking to him, you said: "but atleast i know the truth now." and Kratos spoke, he stopped pulling the boat for a moment as he did.

"The truth... The truth. I am a god, boy. From another land far from here. When i came to these shores, i chose to live as a man, but the truth is.. I was born a god, and so were you." he said in his stern voice, but it had a hint of sincerity. you were quiet after he said that, which made Kratos internally worry if you hated him for keeping that from you for 11 years... he spoke again. "Boy? Have you nothing to say?"
