Goob liked you and he didn't deny it, he did everything to get you to give him a little bit of your attention or affection.

Goob was in the museum garden playing with some flowers, and a butterfly landed on his head causing Goob to let out a little giggle. But then he hears footsteps behind him and the butterfly in his head goes away, Goob turns around and sees you so he smiles.

But before he finished speaking he was interrupted, you kissed him! Goob blushed and his tail behind him began to wag.

When you separated from the kiss, Goob still blushed smiled and hugged you.
