He is a blue humanoid hedgehog with green eyes. He wears red with white striped running shoes with a gold buckle on them, and white gloves. He can curl up into a ball and roll around. In his ball form, he can even charge up his form in one place before releasing his kinetic energy. He used to be a hero before one event changed everything, forcing him to become a pet. He was framed after Eggman Roboticized himself. He has rare bursts of aggressive behavior that is prevented by his shock collar.
