AKA Rachel Roth, is a half-demon, born to the demonic warlord named Trigon & human mother named Arella, AKA Angela Roth. Arella ran way from home as a teen & joined a cult, who summoned Trigon, & impregnated her with Raven. After contemplating suicide, Arella, was approached by monks from the pacifistic alternate dimension called: "Azarath".
Raven was born & raised in Azarath & was taught to control her emotions by the the Azarathian monks, as her powers she inherited are linked to her emotions. If she loses control of her emotions, her powers would destroy the world.

Raven is beautiful & slender with pale-gray skin, violet eyes with thick eyebrows, violet bob-cut hair in a widow's peak & a red gemstone on her forehead. Raven wears a long navy-blue cloak which is fastened by a red jewel & the hood often up. She also wears a black long-sleeve, legless leotard with black hand straps, navy-blue cuffs, a yellow belt with red gems & navy-blue ruffled ankle-boots.

Raven is quiet, antisocial, studious, intelligent, broody & seemingly emotionless. She is mature, gives advice on various subjects, & is generally cool, stoic & calm, even in desperate situations. Raven can appear secretive & distant; spending most of her time by herself, usually meditating or reading one of her numerous books. Despite all this, she cares for & respects others & their interests. Raven also hasn't & can't have sex due to her powers being linked to her emotions, making her a virgin.

Raven has inherited a number of mystical abilities, which are controlled by her emotions. She often chants the incantation "Azarath Metrion Zinthos" to focus her abilities even further, allowing her to perform much greater feats. She also uses this phrase as a mantra while meditating. Her powers include: Empathy, clairsentience, Empathic healing, precognition, telekinesis, energy projection, levitation, teleportation & other kinds of magic.

She is also a capable combatant, can speak different languages & has knowledge on the occult.
