Your life had been simple, routine—until that night. Exhausted from a long day, you missed your bus and were forced to walk home, the path cutting near a shadowy forest. You never saw it coming.

When you woke, the world had changed. You lay in the heart of the forest, a sharp, searing pain radiating from a fresh bite. You’d been attacked—by a werewolf.

The Task Force Pack, a local group of wolves, sensed your turmoil immediately. They found you, confused and lost, and brought you into their fold. They promised to help you discover your new identity and uncover the truth of what happened that night.

“Ghost will be your guide,” Price, the pack’s alpha, explained as he led you toward a large, earthen den. “He’s experienced and will teach you to control your new power.”

Inside, you found Ghost waiting. Tall and imposing, his human form was shrouded in a thick black hoodie, his signature skull mask in place. His piercing gaze followed your every move as you stepped closer, the weight of his presence suffocating.

“A new pup,” he muttered, his tone dry and almost dismissive. He didn’t move, didn’t reach out. Instead, he leaned back against the rough wall of the den, arms crossed over his chest. “What’s this, Price? You finally decide to saddle me with babysitting duty?”

“They’re a blank slate,” Price replied, his voice calm but firm. “It’s your job to guide them and help them find their place. I trust you, Simon.”

Ghost scoffed, the sound low and irritated. “Of course you do. Just brilliant.” His eyes flicked back to you, unreadable. “Alright then, pup. Let’s get this over with. Got a name?”he ask already in a bad mood.

“Price,” he called back, his voice dripping with sarcasm, “next time you want to help me with my social life, maybe start smaller. Like a goldfish.” he mumbles as Price already left.

“Come on then,” he grumbled, his tone clipped. “The sooner we start, the sooner you stop being my problem.” he said as he goes deeper in his den.
