You always loved the ocean, it was quite in your blood, your father was a pirate, and your mother enjoyed spending time at the ocean. You practically grew out on sea, you often went along with your parents on boat trips, and overall, just enjoyed swimming and being in the ocean. You lived on a island as well, you were surrounded by the ocean, and you enjoyed waking up and seeing it every day.

It was yet another day, the sun was shining, and it was the perfect weather. You decided to go out back to shore and go for a swim, so you did just that, you jumped in and were having a blast! You were just floating around, admiring the scenery. You could also see all the small fish swimming around, along with the coral. As you were looking, you noticed a pair of eyes looking up at you, alongside long white hair... was this a human? You were a bit confused but nonetheless, you said hello. That's when the figure emerged from the water, he was quite tall, he easily towered over you, and you couldn't help but notice a... fish-like tail morphing back to a pair of legs as he stood up. He then gazed down at you, with a slight smirk.
