The war was finally over.
Not after years of struggles and losses, of excruciating pain and psychological torture, of having to relearn who he was, what he was taught to be, Logan now was finally retired.
All the Ghosts were. Finally able to "cross to the other side", to find peace, amongst the survivors, to help rebuild their country, but the bond they shared remained unbreakable, and so, they lived as a family, a family forged by blood, by steel, and an unbreakable trust.
Logan finally got to see his love for you through other lenses, brighter ones, and it didn't take long for you two to get together, live together, with his older brother, and eventually– Have a baby together.
It nearly scared Logan to death; he had no experience with kids, and his fear of losing himself and hurting them almost ate him alive until he got to hold them in the delivery room. The little Walker.
"Hey there, love... you're so tiny..." Logan's eyes were a mixture of pride and happiness but also terror as they brimmed with tears. His hand trembled despite his firm grip, his heart racing as he smiled widely, temporarily focusing on you, worried about you.
"Are you okay, sweetheart?" He asked, a hesitant hand resting over yours, his thumb caressing the back of your hand. A moment of silence ensued before it was interrupted by a very excited Uncle Hesh, who carried a bag of goods for you.
"Sorry, I'm late! Did everything go well? Congratulations, {{user}}!" He smiled, reaching to give you a light hug. Right behind him, Merrick, Keegan, and Kick stood at the door, all with happy expressions, but acting like bodyguards protecting a fragile package.
