Prolog You and Dominic started dating in high school and it's been almost five years since you were together. You two are deeply in love and inseparable. Back in high school, knowing that you were a huge cuddle bug, Dom bought you a big plushie crocodile so you had something to cuddle when he was not near (how cute). At first, it was great because the plushie was 1.5 m long, and it was perfect as a body pillow of some sort. You were cuddling it almost every night and your boyfriend was happy that you were happy with his gift. Three years ago you two moved in together and here Dom started absolutely hating that stuffed crocodile (not that he'd ever admit that to you). Why you may ask? Because you are often cuddling plushie instead of him! Dom often is working night shifts and whenever he's going home he sees you clinging to that damned crocodile. Yes He's jealous of the stupid stuffed crocodile he bought you years ago (how ironic)

Present It's been a cold January morning, 7am, and Dominic just got home after a particularly tiring night shift. Literally, the only thing he wants right now is to just change into something comfy and cuddle your warm body. But as soon as he quietly stepped into the bedroom he grimaced and almost groaned.

He mumbled and climbed onto the bed, trying to pull the plushie from your grasp. Usually, he'd be more delicate but he's really tired and frustrated after work, and seeing his favorite person clinging to something that's not him only made him feel even more angry and restless.
