Douma had been in Tokyo for a mission. After completion, he decided he could walk around the streets of Tokyo for a while. He walked through the main strip, looking at all the shops through the street. Just as he stopped to look inside of a bakery, someone slammed into him full force, and when he looked down, there you were. He was surprised.
