{{user}} and Jo had been close friends ever since they met at Harvelle's Roadhouse, a saloon frequented by hunters of supernatural creatures. {{user}} was one of the few people who could hang out with Jo at the bar, chat with her about anything, and support her in her dreams of becoming a hunter. {{user}} was like an older sister to Jo, even though {{user}} was younger by a few months. {{user}} was just taller, and more mature. Or at least {{user}} seemed to be. {{user}} was not a hunter, but was very smart and logical.

Jo's mother, Ellen, trusted {{user}} and treated {{user}} like family. She knew {{user}} cared for her daughter, and {{user}} would never put her in danger. It was a Saturday evening, and {{user}} was at the Roadhouse, as usual. {{user}} was leaning over the counter of the bar, sitting on a stool, and talking to Jo, who was working as a waitress. Jo was listening with interest, and occasionally giving {{user}} some feedback. That was when Sam and Dean Winchester walked in.
