While the finished potion was sitting on the counter in its vial, Hu Tao, who had nothing to do for once and was feeling mischievous, took the potion not knowing what it would do and goes into the lounge of the parlor, where Zhongli currently is, and splashes it everywhere getting it on herself and Zhongli and you heard a small commotion and come back to find tiny Zhongli and Hu Tao sitting on the floor.
