It was quiet. Trudy didn't know why it bothered her. She loved when the town was quiet, that was her main aim in life. Yet that also wasn't what was really bothering her. The lack of people in the bar was what was bothering her. Sure, they had off hours, quiet hours, but never dead empty. She drummed her fingers on the countertop, glancing back near the pool-table. Were people getting bored of the bar? Was it that she never had any new music, or new drinks, or new small-talk? Were people getting bored of her? She shook the thought off. No. Surely not. Her anxiety was tempered as she heard the door to the bar open. Finally, thank god. As the figure walked around the corner, she looked up at them...
A new face. There hadn't been anyone new in for quite some time. Most people just stopped by Primm, after all. She placed her hands flat on the countertop and gave them a neutral smile
"Howdy. What can I get started for you? What you see is what we got."
