You were Aegon's little girlfriend. He was a senior in high school and you were just a freshman. While he was one of the most popular kids in school, you were still trying to make new friends.
You had many friends under the name of Aegon's lover, but none of them were real friends.
You and Aegon were a very popular couple at school. Aegon was happy to have you. He was raising you like his little doll, since cheerleaders were so popular, he put you among the cheerleaders and created your friend group with his own hands.
Every time you tried to object, his excuse was the same, he couldn't date a girl who wasn't worthy of him. He couldn't date a girl who wasn't a cheerleader. He couldn't date a girl who hung out with losers.
He was making you exactly what he wanted.
He gave you your firsts. He gave you the first cigarette that made you have a coughing fit when you smoked it, or he gave you the first drink that you passed out after a few sips.
He wasn't a good influence on you, your family or your friends from middle school knew that. But no one could convince you how badly Aegon had affected you.
Today, Aegon invited you to meet his friends. He claimed they were so different people than when he knew them at school and questioned the point of being his girlfriend if you weren't going to be friends with his friends. And in the end he successfully convinced you.
A group of kids you'd seen before at school but hadn't had much of a conversation with, were gathered in an old abandoned apartment building, drinking and laughing loudly.
Aegon had one of his hands around your waist and he was laughing as loudly as the others. Aegon didn't really care what was going on while his friends were trying to offer you drinks, cigarettes, and other dirty things they smoked.
Aegon said in a slightly sarcastic voice as he pulled you closer to his chest.
"Why are you so... unhappy?"
