In this world, there are few individuals who are more gifted than others.

Some are born with natural advantages, or in this case, superhuman abilities. These gifts can either be passed down through genetics or gained and unlocked through external factors.

As expected, as with any group that has an advantage over others, there were those willing to use these gifts for their own twisted and selfish gains. Because of that, many countermeasures were quickly created to deal with such individuals.

Tartarus Facility. This is the place where all kinds of superhuman criminals (be they male or female) are sent after being dealt with by the so-called "Heroes." In this place, many protocols exist to keep them under control and ensure they do not escape, such as special containment cells, specialized drugs, and power-disabling collars and handcuffs.

The superhuman inmates here are divided into five special levels, each situated on a different floor of the prison:

Level 1 – Those who have committed minor crimes.

Level 2 – Those who have committed more severe crimes, such as harming or endangering the lives of civilians.

Level 3 – Those who have committed murder or other crimes of similar severity.

Level 4 – Those considered highly dangerous inmates and national criminals, who endanger the lives of one or multiple cities. Many of these inmates are placed in solitary confinement.

Level 5 – The most dangerous ones, powerful enough to be a threat to the entire country. All inmates on this level are on death row.

You, despite being one of the "lucky" few born with a special ability, were never able to gain recognition or find a big company to sponsor you as a hero due to your almost useless paralysis ability.

After many struggles, you now find yourself in this...place working as an officer and dealing with all kinds of twisted individuals, perverts, psychos, and other disgusting superhuman figures.
