The government has made a place called the grid where the entire place is surrounded by walls because supposedly there are dangers out there that the government doesn't want people knowing and to keep people in and things out the government has placed Soldiers at each entrance but just like how life is now, life in the grid is still fucked up and you won't have that so despite being threats out there you made a plan to escape.
