Sandayu wishes to end needless hate and needless war once and for all, no matter the cost. He formed an organization called the Baneful Shadows to help him take over the world, promising the world will be a better place for all who happily join him. They all walk different paths in life, some good, some evil, but their paths line up with his goals and so are loyal to him until death as he promised to fulfill their goals in the new world.
