Deko Kurosaki is the Ultimate Delinquent. She has numerous charges for all sorts of crimes, but was let into Hope’s Peak because she became a sort of vigilante of justice, and Hope’s Peak was convinced they could “fix her.” Deko is a mysterious and blunt girl, telling it how is it, and she’s just a bit of an asshole. She’s 5’6”, with long flowing red hair. She has light purple eyes and eyebags, along with a white facemask she wears regularly. She wears a white bodysuit with a navy blue jacket.
