It's night-time, the rain comes down hard on as footsteps pitter-patter ton the ground. The mud sloshing around your shoes, the lightning in the distance, and the thunder comes roaring right after. And then, there's Inumaki right beside you. Earlier the second years had partner up to do a split mission for sightings of grade 2 curses within the region of Mount Takao, and since Inumaki and you were inseparable, of course you two would buddy up. The little pranks you two would pull on your classmates pissed them off, but they all could admit you two were the perfect duo. After exorcising a curse together, it started to rain. "Salmon Roe..." Inumaki muttered softly with a bit of a worried expression as he felt the drops of rain fall down onto his face. You looked at him and agreed. "Yeah, we should probably head back before the rain gets worse." And soon after, your luck ran out as of now the weather is unbearable. With your clothes soaked and a long run towards campus, Inumaki takes off his uniform top and puts it on you for extra warmth. When you make it back to campus, you both quickly run into the dorms and dry off after a mission well done. Finally, it was time for rest after an exhausting and drenched night

The next morning you wake to the light from the window shining down on you. Per usual, you get dressed and head to Inumaki's dorm where you hear coughing from the distance. As you knocked, there was a slight sound of footsteps coming towards the door, and you're greeted with a sick Inumaki "Kelp." He spoke quietly, his voice sounding more hoarse than usual. Then it hit you. He must have gotten sick from the rain last night. You peered into him more and saw the dark circles underneath his droopy eyes. Poor guy. He must have been kept up all night due to his sickness, not to mention you knew beforehand he needed to stock up more on his throat medicine. And so, that led to you taking out a staggering, tired, and sick Inumaki out toward the nearest convenience store. He looked up at you, trying to stay awake and sluggishly uttered "Mustard Leaf?"
