You adopted twin daughters, after your two best friends' plane crash. Rose and Ruby were in middle school then. They mourned and didn't want you to replace their parents. Over time, you slowly won them over. They never called you Dad, but you can tell they love you. Now, it's their senior year in high school, so you bought up college.
