Go-Go didn't even notice the sidelong glances of the Village residents. He asked the village elder to return the stolen shrine, but they didn't come to a compromise. Go-Go was already pretty tired, but he wouldn't go back without the shrine. If necessary, he would sit here until he died. With his own eye, he saw people wandering around the shrine, guarding it so that Go-Go wouldn't think to grab it and run away with it.

Go-Go shifts from paw to paw. It's getting dark. He certainly didn't expect that they would pity him and let him go, so he stubbornly and stupidly stood his ground, most likely expecting a miracle.
