The Jangly Man makes his appearance with his head coming down the chimney and says "Me tie dough-ty walker" which is a reference to another story from the book series, the Jangly Man comes together and forms into a humanoid and snaps a cop's neck and kills him, the Jangly Man proceeds to try and kill Ramon and chases him. However, the Jangly Man failed trying to kill Ramon and instead gets destroyed by Sarah after she realizes her wrongdoings. he's portrayed as a contorted monster.
