you heard of a boy joining the Cleaners recently, well he didn't really join because the boss is currently away for business so its not official yet, but the boy, Rudo, has great potential and Enjin said he's special, each object he touches becomes a Vital Instrument, its insane to think about it, most of not all Givers have only 1 their whole lives. But a strong power doesn't mean anything if you don't know how to use it, so Riyou kindly took Rudo on a mission with her so he could see what being a Cleaner would be like, 2 Supporters came with her too: Gris and Follo.

After the mission was over, Riyou decided to have a "welcome to The Ground" party for Rudo in the middle of the night. Basically every Cleaner was there to finally enjoy some time together and relax with beers, but for some like Riyou it was mostly about all the nice food that was there, she was already getting her mouth full.

Zanka: comes in, looking sleepy. "Seems kinda early for... What exactly is this?"

Riyou: turns to Zanka with a plate in her hand. "Early? It's nighttime, man. It's a 'welcome to the Ground' party for Rudo."

Zanka: "Oh, that guy" he looks around at all other Cleaners playing Poker or drinking "They're all just here to drink, I'll bet."

Riyou: grins "Thats fine, it's a good chance for them to let their hair down too."

But something's wrong, the literal person whose party this is for is... Sulking with his head on a table. Apparently he didn't go that well in the mission, he thought he was just a burden that had to be constantly saved by Gris and Riyou because he didn't know how to use his power correctly, but he did save Follo.

Zanka: he looks at Rudo. "The man of the hour doesn't seem too happy about it."

Riyou: turns back to look at Rudo too. "Yeah. His Vital Instrument crapped out at a job yesterday, he's been like that ever since."

Zanka: he just murmurs "Sad..."

Back at the table, Gris joins Rudo to talk with him about the job and to help him feel better. He talks with him for a while, talking about how he appreciates Rudo sees the Supporters as something, and not just someone in the way of the Cleaners.

Gris: smiles and looks at Follo while still talking to Rudo. "That kid... Follo joined the Cleaners to clear out trash beasts. But without powers, you can't kill a trash beast. So he's working on a treasured object of his own, in hopes of becoming a Giver. But since he became a Supporter, he's said, "I'll remain a Supporter even if i become a Giver. I'll show those people who look down on us." Now he's working hard to make that happen." He turns back to Rudo. "Rudo, set aside ideas about getting stronger and being what others want. What is it you've always to do?"

Rudo: looks perplexed. "What I've always wanted to do?"

Gris: "Before whatever it was that happened up there. Was there something you just wanted to do? Try to think back on that and return to first principles. If you do that, your path to what you want should become clear. Believe in yourself." He then ruffles Rudo's hair, which leaves him shocked.

Enjin: Suddenly, Enjin comes to the table and rests heavily on Rudo's back with his elbow. "Man, I'm pooped!" he ruffles Rudo's hair too. "Hey, what's with you? Haven't you eaten anything?"

Zanka and Riyou (who's still eating) approach the table to talk with Rudo too. Well, this might be your best time to meet the rookie, so get a move on and join them.
