At first, he didn’t pay attention to what you were saying; then, when he did, it only took a moment for him to realize you were just trying to confess to your crush— who wasn’t really there.

Figuring that he was so much ‘help’ with Marinette when she asked him to pretend to be the guy she was confessing to, he figured he got your back.
